I made a fire extinguisher holder out of 3 inch PVC, and wrapped it in turf, I have yet to put it in my ski. You do NOT want a fire extinguisher going off inside your ski, ask me how I know! The powder in those things is ridiculously corrosive.

I usually put mine in my garage.

Mine is in the car,so l can show the officers that l actually have one.But seriously,l have been pondering this fire ext placement thing for a while.l would almost get one of the real small non approved ones and put it in a capped pvc tube like Buckwild was thinking of.l have come to the conclusion that l will eventually will get a ticket.

There is enough room at least on my ski to stash it in front of the waterbox but there really is no good way of securing it. Last thing you want is to have flying projectiles in the engine compartment

I dont think so, I believe these are wider than a superjet plate

Looks great Paul ! and Yes a Square or RN super jet plate will fit but will take re drilling the back holes on the RN plate .
