Anything under the turf on this thing is rock solid - that is what I finished up on this build - the deck is super beefed up, so no worries there, and the footholds were covered with an additional layer of glass after I picked it up from Andy.

So thanks to my buddy Jason (440/550) who happens to ride neither haha made me a deal on one of his b pipes. I appreciate it beyond understanding j! haha its like tossing a kid a nitrous bottle for my for their car haha. i will definitely get you some dough asap J, but here is some pics we took. had to pull the motor to put on the manifold. a couple pics of the b pipe, the head chamber and then there is a pic where someone had a hole drilled to access the foam to see if its waterlogged... well its bone dry so i wouldnt mind covering that hole up alittle better than that white circle sticker. sketchy uncle bob hahaha! im sure he doesnt even know what that was from but its been there this whole time without problems and ive been having a good time on it. Less weight if anything haha. Lastly a pic of me taking my 61x bottom end to meet up with my 760 cylinders. Thanks Amitchell the crank is working awesome!

thats cool to know, probably where they poured the foam cause its big enough. i think i want to secure that seal a bit more. it never takes on water while i ride or if it does ive subbed like 10 times and its barely to the bottom of the stock bilge so thats probably why its still dry but for safe measures i should figure out a legit plug. I still have to get it bolted to the head pipe and then the manifold and make sure there is plenty of clearance on the side of the ski where the chamber is close to the side of the ski. hoping to get the footstrap i ordered from blowsion in so i can attempt some rolls!

AZ riders are always throwing eachother bones, scored this twist head a while back from a buddy of Epic Industries by the name of Eric and it works out great. I absolutely love the older parts and this is pre sawblade look wich I thought was dope! Anyways 170psi now and rips strong!

Got a few minor goodies, haven't had much ride time since the footstrap install but hoping to start going big here soon. The ski has more than enough power for me now, wide tray is next.

As it sits,

Stock hull
61x/61x 701 stock bore
Twist 701 girdled head
Tau Ceti flame arrestor carbon
Single 44mm carb b pipe jetting except 140 main instead of 135
Factory B pipe exhaust system with fx1 manifold and head pipe and superjet limited chamber
Stock pump and prop with visibility stream and all
Rule 500 bilge
RN superjet water box (biggest pain in the ass to fit!)
Blowsion steering system
Blowsion straight bars
Odi lockons
Hydroturf
Dakine footstrap

I absolutely love the ski, I think I might want to shorten the pole soon but I know I want to wide tray it. I'm thinking -4 on the pole and I'll be doing the tray as wide as possible.

My neck is still fooked... Going to be at least 2 weeks before I can ride. Unless I take the 550.... Hahaha!

My boss has been helping me out a bit, filling in any minor damage and wear with some glass/cabasoil. He is going to be painting it for me here soon since I have all the prep work done but I am considering putting the motor back in and ripping this weekend... I fixed a lot of damage to the bottom... It was very rushed up when I got it.

Underside pics after being repaired and bodyworked. Ready for primer. Not painting the bottom because I ride a lot and beach it anyways so that big spot I just layered up with some cabasoil and called it the day. I've already chosen what colors I want so it's just a matter of leaving it apart long enough now.... And waiting on the top deck color from the paint shop!!!

Took my ski apart for paint all the way down to bare hull. It's already been body worked and I have filled most everything I wanted to but it's time to spray primer and block it out and see how it goes. Should have it painted this week.
