White with one of the colors of the paint drip for turf. Maybe you could get some two-tone turf that uses two of the paint drip colors?

What happened to ya!:)

Got all kinds of crazy on a cruise ship that my buddies and I went on for a bachelor party and now back but my new roommate doesn't appreciate my pool table jet ski build so I have to get it out of here and build it elsewhere. Real bummer cause I was just starting to sand for paint!

You have seniority, tell the new roommate it's temporary and they need to deal with it!

I'll just keep asking the guy for extensions, ha. I did just buy a week off the guy cause I can't move it till all his boxes and furniture are out of the way. He blocked me in, and I'll be block sanding all week!

Yeah dude tell me about it. My original roommate who was mad chill up and split out of Chicago for a job in Vegas and left me floating with like 1 week notice. He was real cool so I told him to just find who you can to get a sublease going. It was a time thing for him. Now looking back I should have just told him I need more time to find a roommate. But my GF and I are looking at buying a house either way so I'll get my garage eventually

Had an Illinois Conservation Officer swing by today to make a 'home-built' assessment and get all the paper work in order. She is getting closer! This week is all paint prep.

So this is happening. Tem built me a reinforced original BA hood that won't crack, I know you guys are going to hate this but I'm a stickler for the original BA look. The circus hood is sick, no doubt, but I think it compliments best the -9" Superfreaks with shorter gunwales best. Keeping OG here.

I prefer the looks and ergonomics of the taller hood, just not the bonding design and construction. If he layed you a stronger Badass hood then I agree with your decision

Yeah dude. I think it was the right decision. He basically added an internal backbone/rib between the liner and the hood shell to keep it from flexing out under the vacuum from the motor pulling hard, or getting landed one hard in a failed roll or what not.

Now the debate is whether I should sand all the orange off and start fresh or just prep the orange paint and spray over it.

Not sure, how many quarts of color and clear go onto something that size? A negligible amount?

Edit: it has flake too if that's two clear layers
