Test the top deck too!

I haven't devised a plan on how to yet! I was thinking I would bond the decks, then check with air pressure?

Did you make a a sealed chamber like Don did with the composite foam/glass stringer things or did you leave it open to leak out the drains?

I made sealed chambers with drains. I turned the ski upside down after bonding and used the drains to fill it with water to look for leaks. There were several pinholes/places where the carbon weave would slowly let water through. I used epoxy and cabosil on those areas and it has been fine.

OK awesome. That's what I am going to do as well. So even your stringer chamber had it's own drains?

I think I am going to put drains in here for mine after sealing it up.

Not a bad idea. I glassed in some pex tubing and ran the drain out the scupper side so there are two drains on that side. Your idea will drain it better but be harder to get to.

That's a pretty solid idea to route the chamber into the scupper drain.

I'm hoping these little drains will act kind of as 'just in case' drains if I can seal off the whole tray well, I should hopefully find nothing in there on the rare occasion that I have to open them.

It didn't go to the scupper drain. Imagine you having two rivet drains on the left side instead of just one like you have now.

Awesome work so far!
I'm really glad to see you wrapped all the aluminum in glass before the carbon. It'll end up a mess if you don't :(
