I was looking at that Six10 product yesterday. I can keep my garage at 70° for 5-6 hours no problem. 24+ hours would be near impossible with this meth-head weather we are having. 60° today and snow tomorrow.

Seems like a small price to pay. It could have already saved him one nights work, cussing, and beer.
an cavitation issues, pump and mid shaft alignment stripped shafts etc..
I don't know that I would pay 20 but it would also be a nice piece of reference material to have.

X2.. the JD #60+2 grate I just bought required lots of grinding to fit in my chan correctly. It was crooked right out of the box too. I had to put it in a vice and bend it just so it would fit in the recessed area. And the front mounting holes were offset to one side by 1/4". Works great now but I will definitely go a different route next time.
Does yours sit off the shoe to the left and the right of the shoe bolts? My front is out of alignment when the back is bolted down.uploadfromtaptalk1391449314599.jpguploadfromtaptalk1391449334447.jpg

Wow... my JD +2 plate fit pretty nicely..... I think... Surprised to see so many problems. Guess I got lucky... Or my memory sucks and I wallowed out a hole and forgot about it. But damn Hornedoggy had to bend his.

Great looking ski btw. Very entertaining thread, and without gifs...??? I don't know how you do it.
I saw it was 6 pages long and just knew it was already a bunch of drama, and low and behold its just good old fashioned build thread content.

Keep it up....

That's what mine looks like.
I just got a response from Glen, he said he would help make it fit if I marked it up and sent it back to him. I could take care of the bolt holes by wallowing them out. The gap on the left and the right over the shoe would probably require a bunch or grinding and time to get that to fit good.

BTW, Taylors 20 dollar video was the best 20 bucks I have ever spent. I saved at least 20 bucks on the install after speking with him for 5 mins on the phone. LOL Experience is king, when it comes to builds
