G flex epoxy works well and is available at West. Thicken with Cabosil or 404 and you're good to go.

Not to throw you off course but the above method is preferred to 5200 for longevity and strength. Gflex is specifically made to withstand vibrations and also to bond dissiimilar materials.

this is what to get.. it comes in a caulk tube so it will be easy to apply and wont make a mess.. it dries really hard too.. give me shout i will come down and give you a hand

i used it on my ski in several places and it held up great, and lasted a long time... just have to replace the screw on mixers at the end and they sell them individually as well..

We use fast dry 5 minute plexus and then after its placed 5200 the seam cherry all the way around

an cavitation issues, pump and mid shaft alignment stripped shafts etc..
I don't know that I would pay 20 but it would also be a nice piece of reference material to have.

X2.. the JD #60+2 grate I just bought required lots of grinding to fit in my chan correctly. It was crooked right out of the box too. I had to put it in a vice and bend it just so it would fit in the recessed area. And the front mounting holes were offset to one side by 1/4". Works great now but I will definitely go a different route next time.

Does yours sit off the shoe to the left and the right of the shoe bolts? My front is out of alignment when the back is bolted down.

I just got a response from Glen, he said he would help make it fit if I marked it up and sent it back to him. I could take care of the bolt holes by wallowing them out. The gap on the left and the right over the shoe would probably require a bunch or grinding and time to get that to fit good.

BTW, Taylors 20 dollar video was the best 20 bucks I have ever spent. I saved at least 20 bucks on the install after speking with him for 5 mins on the phone. LOL Experience is king, when it comes to builds
