You're a bit off on the reason, the Pancake/Paul thread was part of it as was a thread or two about Steve/Watercraft Factory and even some with Waterdawg. Anyone remember those 'fun times'?

You're assuming we are online 24/7 and watch every post/thread. We aren't and don't. Would you like us to be?

I'm not assuming anything. Doesn't really matter to me if your online or not. All you ever post is dave ramey bs or tile work.
It's funny you say I was a bit of the reason and all I did was ask questions
My point is why do you need to approve posts?
Is the interweb or xh20 going to end with a negative post?

People have gotten so hurt over "posts" on the "interweb" that they ended their life.....

Do you actually read posts before replying? Nowhere did I mention you, anywhere.

After some more thinking, bored at work, I come to this conclusion:

Just open it up as a free-for-all. Who cares if there's boat loads of drama?
We're not getting a significant influx of new members either way.
We're not vendor-friendly either way.

The core membership of this forum is what it is, and it is essentially static. Judging from outside comments I see on PWCToday and hear from people in person, this place is an exclusive clique unwelcoming to noobs, hostile to vendors, and full of drama. It has been that way for three years now; unchanging despite a variety of moderation approaches tried.
If this forum wants to beat the :):):):) out of each other, why not?

Go read my post from the other thread.........

You know what Darin, lets just open everything up. Zero Moderation. Do away with the moderators, Super Mods, Me and You. Let Rick post up something for sale, have 50 people post dump it to death, but that is ok, he will not sell the item he was trying to sell because of all the crap. Let Kennay jump all over Nick, Bombthreat as well. Let Nick insult every single person here that has a different view than himself. Wait, that would be 99% of the members, ok, that is fine. Edwin will turn the site into a Supercross or fishing site. Charlie will bash every single couch owner at will and or hispanics (granted after my week in Orlando/Kissimee area I can kinda understand). Members can just go off on their former builders or suppliers. Set our PM's to autorespond with "dont bother us, we dont care anymore because you do not care".

here you go.
