So my wife is moving out Friday. Now that is not my complaint, not at all. My complaint is the stuff she is taking. I mean we agreed/negotiated on the bigger stuff, so that's pretty much all fine and dandy, but it is the other stuff that is blowing my mind. She's taking the pressure cooker, the crock pot, the brownie pan, the cake pans, the muffin pans. First off, she is no baker. Trust me. Secondly she is moving in with her Dad. Her mom passed away years ago, but that woman was a baker and a chef. She has every freaking cooking device known to man and they are all top shelf stuff. And all of that is still right there in the place my wife is moving to. I'd venture to guess 90% of the crap she is taking will just sit in storage, while my daughter and I live a brownie panless life. (Of course, since the divorce is not final yet and we haven't even been to court, I am just going to go out and buy ALL new stuff on the credit card, so the wife gets to pay for half of all of it in the end. :) )
Be cautious about posting anything like that online. Great idea but better to do it under the radar.

While ur at it get me an espresso machine and a Big Green Egg grill;)

You think she will have to pay. Think again. Do not use the credit card delete your post here on the X and get the hell off face book if you have an account on face book delete it. By posting things like this you may screw yourself. Be a bigger person than her.

There are no lawyers involved and she can barely log onto a computer. I've been a MUCH bigger person during this entire ordeal, TRUST me. Plus we are talking brownie pans here, Mister!!!!! The gloves are off!

You better hide the Ice Cube trays before she gets her hands on them! At least youll be able to ice down a drink while you online shop for them new brownie pans!

Edit: A quote from one of my favorite movies when I was younger...True Lies. "What kind of sick b*tch takes the ice cube trays?"

Let her take every single thing she wants. Let go of material items, rise above and move forward with even less baggage.

I walked away with a single suitcase once and it was the most liberating thing I have ever done.

I agree completely(except she is the one walking not me). Thankfully I get the house, the kids and the dogs, which is worth more than anything......even brownie pans.
