No Crank Issues in past few years. Installed new Crank and Fresh Bore in Spring 2015. Been chasing other gremlins ever since..... Summer 2015 had major carb issues, rebuilt then added new pumps to each carb. Had electrical issues. Completely rebuilt ebox with new box, regulator and battery cables, 2015/2016 Swapped chambers with someone here and that created a new problem, the head pipe was slighly bent causing slight exhaust leak (Fixed chamber and sold entire system - went new). Basically rebuilt and replaced everything over the past 2 years. Last piece of the puzzle was I added Brand New Blackjacks. This seamed to correct the last of the gremlins, so I thought. Well, found the carbon thru hull exhaust tube has a leak, this causing issues, finally got it worked out. Old Carbs may have been fine!!!!!! And now this.................. again. FML.

Love my lites ski! Came from limited and superstock headaches many years ago. Came back to racing once I heard about the lites class. The superjet build is a little more involved than the sxr, but both are a far cry from limited spec.

When I started racing I had stock head, B Pipe, Prop, and Enhancer. I raced Limited and Superstock, This was in 2000. 2001 or so I added a head. So, This was a mild limited which now is basically a Stock Class (Depending on whos rules you go by!!!!!!!!)

And Front Brake Caliper Brackets on the Truck are jacked up. Pins frozen. Brakes not working worth a crap now.......... Can have new brackets and calipers today. or can wait a week for brackets and pins only to be ordered and save a whopping $50.00 per side............ FML

Stay tuned for a Superfreak to be posted for sale!

Order the calipers with brackets, and order the brackets. Install just the brackets from the caliper kit, and then return the brackets with the calipers when they show up in a week.

Or heat up the brackets with a torch and work the pins out. Clean them with a wire wheel and put some grease on them and you should be good to go.

Me either but it's so easy I have a hard time farming that stuff out. Paint, body, gears and transmissions are about the only things I allow others to do.

This is my biggest problem. I grew up having to fix everything. House, farm, trucks tractors you name it. Tons of times I would love to just drop it off get it fixed and be done. But I just can't if it's something I can do myself.

Pluck, Chuck, licoriceidyfuk. 1 day before we went on vacation I had a new windshield installed in my wife's SUV which we just bought in March. Tonight. Guess what. A rock got slung up and chipped the windshield.

Have not mentioned here about our vacation. Some of you may have seen this on FB. "Left Tuscaloosa around 7pm saturday heading to beach. We have been going through Meridian Ms then straight to Mobile. Maybe 3 traffic lights the whole way until mobile. Hit Meridian and headed south. 30 minutes later we stopped. Found wheel bearing cover gone and wheel with about 1/2" play. Tried to get to a TA Truck stop that was South West of Quitman. Figured best chance of finding help and parts. Well, this ended up being a mistake. Not a TA truck stop. Tried to remove cotter pin to tighten up the bearings but was worried about messing it up and then being more screwed. Started plan B. Find somewhere to leave trailer, drive back to Meridian. Get hotel and find parts in morning. It is around 10:30 at this point. No luck. Limped to Quitman. To sketchy. Made the call to chance it and head to Meridian. Slowly made it there using hackroads and 35mph. Found Hotel for much needed sleep. Been up since 4:30am. Had to go to work to finish up some things. Woke up and hit parts houses. No hubs or full bearing kits. Oh yeah. Wheels were rebuilt Wed. No luck. Got some food and headed to Tractor Supply. Picked up 2 complete Hub Assembly's. Headed back to Hotel. Started replacement. Found the rear race was not seated correctly. Got it fixed. By this time it is 11:30. Got loaded back up and we all hit Chili's for chips and quaso. We don't have a chili's any more. And a Beer of course. After a few stops to inspect bearings. We finally rolled in to Orange Beach around 5:30. 22 Hours later. Big shout out to Anita and Izzy. Also to Casey Burt, he offered to let me just leave trailer at his house and loan me a trailer to continue trip. Longest 5 hour beach trip in history. Checking out for the next several days. Not thinking about work or anything related to work or adulting! Beach time! Oh yeah, Nothing good ever happens near Quitman. Last year we had issues with Anita's car (friend was driving it). That trip took about 8 hours. Never again."
