I know you’re busy obsessing over this right now but have you spend any time thinking about what you are gonna spend that $1.43 on?

Actually it's not about that, it's about the price fixing. Volume doesn't increase after it has been removed just because the price dropped. Iunno, it seems pretty straight forward to me that they're lying and getting away with it. How many other people have paid for fuel they didn't receive from that place?

I guess Circle K USA is different I have had zero issues here , I recently signed up with them and got 25 cents per gallon off of my first 5 fillups and now I get 3 cents per gallon off, I also got 5 free drinks. After you hit $500 spent you get 5 cent off per gallon.

Pretty much all of the Shell stations here are gone and most Circle K store here are either tied in with Chevron or Texaco , They take Chevron or Texaco cards right at the pump.

I used to trust them until this and after I mentioned it to a few people some said they did the same thing to them.

My Daughter had her wisdom teeth pulled today. She has severe anxiety about dr's and dentist. Rightfully so after an appointment a few months ago where Anita gave them a heads up and they did not pass on the info. So we schedule this appointment, at the consult, She explained that they are going to need to give Izzy a heads up on what all they are doing, this way she will understand what is going on. The Nurse giving the IV did great, talked to her, Izzy liked her........... (I got text messages from Anita giving me updates). Then text that it is done........... Then a phone call, Izzy is balling....... I am thinking she is in pain............ Nope. It went off the rails after they took her back. Instead of letting her know they were giving her the knock out shot to the IV and saying "You will get sleepy and then when you wake up it will be over"...... They walked up behind her, give the injection...... She goes to sleep, wakes up and is completely confused, no idea where she is, scared. She starts panicking. They try to calm her down, but it is way too late now.... I have witnessed this before with her, until she calms down, you are not going to "Get through to her"......... Then trying to get her to leave and walk out to the car, they start man handling her, she was asking for her mom, "well, you cannot have her yet"........... Then they open the door and she will not get up out of the chair, they start complaining "These ladies are getting cold"......... I ended up stopping by and talking to them about what happened. Turns out, once again, the nurses did not get the info that they needed to just let Izzy know what they were doing and what was going to happen, had they done so, most likely she would have been fine........... Reference the IV Nurse....... She let Izzy know what was happening and everything went great.................... I just dont get why it is so hard when a parent gives medical personally info that will help with your kid, they do not seem to pay you any attention...........................

It's because Medical ia all about money now, see how many people you can get in the door and run them through like cattle through a chute.

I went to the Othopedic surgeon a few weeks back , the DR wasn't in the room a total of 3 minutes , of course I needed a cardiac clearance from my cardiologist, I said no problem I have a appointment next week with them.

I go to the Cardio appointment and it is literally standing room only, I finally get seen and tell them I need a cardiac clearance and where to send it to, they said no problem.

So there is a thing called joint camp they want me to attend before surgery for hip replacement , I never hear back from them, so we are at another appt. for my old lady and the Ortho Dr is right across the street, I decide to go by and see what's going on.

The Girl at the desk shuffles around for a bit, she gets about three other people involved and finally they tell me we need cardiac clearance, I am like you need cardiac clearance for joint camp ?

Well no of course not but we were waiting for the clearance before we set up the joint camp and the surgery, I say ok let me make a phone call.

I call cardio and tell them they haven't sent the clearance , they tell me the Ortho office has to request it, I go back inside and we start all over, I finally said look , you are waiting on them and they are waiting on you , now I don't really care who sends what to whom but somebody better get to sending something like now, this is ridiculous.

Finally I get a call from Ortho yesterday that it was all straightened out , the point is that under no circumstances can you actually depend on them to do what they are supposed to do, always follow up because they damn sure aren't going to.

When I moved to High Level AB, they had a dental hygienist school in one wing of the local hospital. They were government sponsored to provide dental care to the high population of indigenous people in the area. They had all the latest equipment and practices and were amazing. They turned me around on dental work and I have zero anxiety anymore. I have also never had a bad experience with a dentist since leaving my home town so if you have a bad experience, go somewhere else. It doesn’t have to be that bad.

Izzy and Anita have already changed Dentist after the bad appointment. I actually saw them yesterday. I wanted to see if he would bring up the incident. I have not decided if I am going to change.......

The Oral Surgeon just called. He was very apologetic about it. Did not know about a few things that happened when they were trying to get Izzy to the car, said he would look into it. poop is going to happen, I get it. If you call to apologize, I am usually good with it. My wife and daughter, they hold grudges...........

Exactly, the Shell receipt was the first one at the higher price. At some point while standing in line I apparently pumped out more fuel to get back to exactly the same dollar amount while the price dropped. I argued with the cashier until there was a bunch of people in the line. I didn't want to waste thier time so I left. She also said there was suddenly a network error and the refund is in process, I would get it this past Monday morning. That was a lie, nothing ever happened there but fraud lol

So it looks like Mt Dew is on the FDA hitlist of foods containing BVA or brominated vegetable oil , I don't drink it and haven't in years so I could care less , here is what concerns me.

To streamline the process of evaluating chemicals in the food supply moving forward, the FDA says it's in the process of creating an "Office of Food Chemical Safety, Dietary Supplements, and Innovation" with the goal of creating a more efficient mechanism for evaluating such additives in the future.

So I guess the current bloated FDA program is inadequate or can't do it's job properly so we need more government to fix the problem ?

Fire some people and get new people that will work and do their damn jobs.

I may be in the minority but here is what I would like to see happen , the Federal parks program, gut it, turn the land back over to the states and let them run the parks, Every state in the nation has a State park system.

Most of the three letter agencies, start over with them , gut some eliminate others , this includes the FBI, CIA, IRS, DIA , DARPA and the Dept of homeland security , these agencies are mostly responsible for everything that is wrong in this country right now .

Set term limits and enforce them, it is a refreshing change to now see people not seeking reelection, stepping down so new people can take their place , we shoudlt have people dying in office of old age period..

Create a third party this two party system isn't working and it's gone on long enough.

Simple fix would be that the companies need to prove the foods/chemicals are safe before they can use them. VS the fda has to prove they are not safe. Europe, Canada etc has been doing it that way for years.

For me, on a different note, I have been chasing down a sensor issue on my truck and since I started having sensor issues with wheel speed sensors I have been saying that this new era of "there has to be a sensor for everything" is crap! It causes more harm than good. The only wheel speed sensors I remember were specifically to tell the ecu how fast you were going, no other functions related to it and now every wheel needs one and the ABS, traction control and who knows what else is tied into it. These dam things need to be abolished. I almost got flattened by a big rig not long ago because a sensor failed. Out on the highway doing about 70mph, a sensor craps out and instead of the ecu saying all three others are reading equally but a different value, it's a sensor failure because there is no reading at all on the one and carry on with just a light, but NOOOO the whole system freaks out! ABS engaged, power shut down grinding the truck to a 10mph slow down in very short order while about a 1/4 mile back is a transport barrelling down on me. I've learned to really hate technology Now I'm back to trying to get the speedo needle to stay in one place by just swapping out sensors until I get the problem one out. I've read it could be one of 8 sensors because the tire pressure sensors also have a hand in reading wheel speeds...my thoughts...OH COMMONNN!!! lol...give me a freakin break already lol

If you live in Canada and know of a criminal organization called the Circle K convenience store which is usually tied in with Shell Canada, then you might want to pay attention to your tranaction receipts and bank statements. I went in to get a little can of 91 fuel, just as I was going to fuel up the price on the sign dropped. I thought, sweet, I'll wait for the price on the pump to refresh. 5 minutes later nothing happens and by then there's about 5 of us standing around waiting now. The cashier said go ahead and fill up, I'll have the price corrected in here when you pay. We all go do our thing, I go in and pay, no change. Same price as the old one. I said this is the old price on the receipt, she says I'll refund you and we'll redo it at the new price. She charges me again while holding onto the refund receipt and thinking she's being honest I don't even register this mentally. I paid, get both receipts and the total dollar amount is still the same. I said this is still wrong, then she points out on the new receipt that I pumped out more fuel. Keep in mind this is one of these new immigrants that are the usual suspects and from my experience typically the guilty party as well to telemarketing scams among who knows what else. After she points out the difference in volume pumped out I said that's not right, the volume extracted doesn't change because the price did. She argued with me that it does, people are lining up at this point, I didn't want to be any longer so I left. A little later on I checked both receipts again and noticed that the refund didn't go through. They didn't finish the process on their end and the thing was either cancelled or timed out. Now I'm livid, I go back in to get the refund and this new person says it's not a refund receipt...it says -$27.72 not completed...I said yeah I know, because it didn't complete, it's a statement. Give me a refund for double charging me or I'll get the police involved for fraud and theft. Again I get the runaround, it has been processed but won't show up until tomorrow, it never did, third time I go back now the manager isn't available until tomorrow and she's the only one that can do it. Now I'm absolutely fuming because it's costing me more to keep going back and forth then it's worth. The war isn't over though. I have the federal competition bureau involved for price fixing and gouging, the federal measurements committee for addressing the discrepancy in fuel volumes and one other federal agency for fraudulent charges. I also let Shell Canada know they're gouging and committing fraud using Shell's to do it. Don't let these pieces of dog crap take advantage of you people.

You can report these stations to your state regulators. Whether or not they actually investigate remains to be seen but it they get enough complaints they have to. Here in Florida it’s the Department of Agriculture.

You would think USPS would get their act together. They’ve only been doing this since before the Revolutionary War. The destination IS Jacksonville so why did it get sent to Alabama? If anyone has any insight, I would really like to know.
