The detail on the bottom of the hull looks amazing. The mixture of different weaves was a great idea, nice work!

Got all the inserts bonded, engine plate installed, all the plumbing done, pump shoe installed, decks bonded....this really sucks trying to cram so much work into such a short period of time. I'm working on way too many things at once.

I run a mandrel bent 2.5" exhaust tube, no dents.

It should, it only sticks out 1/2" farther than PF manifold.

Of course there was a shipping delay and I didn't get the motor today. Should have it tomorrow afternoon.

Also, I know some people are gonna be bummed, but I will not have a carbon pole on either ski unfortunately. My machinist is doing the work on the side to save me money, so his other work takes precedence and he didn't get my billet parts finished in time.

Getting closer, I'm basically just waiting on the motor now, have pretty much everything else done. I'm just going to put some underpad in the footholds for now and I'll turf it in Havasu.

Talk about perfect alignment!!

The angle of the camera makes it look a little low, but it's dead center. Not a single shim required on the pump and the only reason I need shims on the motor mounts are because I bought a set of Rhaas mounts and ordered 2 of the mounts 2mm short because I thought I needed them lower in my other hull. I can't even take any credit for the perfect alignment, it's all the German engineering of @Kawastyler . I'm using his jig for everything and the way he set everything up it's so easy to align everything.

One more sticker...gave @JetManiac a little love, he deserves it. I wouldn't have had any hope of getting this far without all the last minute, quickly shipped parts from Chris.
