TNT pipes

If you let ONE thread on an internet forum mess with your business then you have problems.

When you come and ask opinions you are going to get the good and bad......just deal with it and ignore the ones that you don't like....simple.

Attacking people for giving their opinion just makes the situation worse.

I don't blame him for potentially bailing on the project. He was testing the waters to gauge interest and from his target market. We as a group we should welcome his interest and expertise, not belittle and bicker about credentials. If he believes in his product, is willing to offer back to back tests for potential buyers why shoot he man down?????

Tim, my .02 cents is to develop this pipe. They may take some time to sell at first, but if you look at it as a investment then I think you will come out ahead. As long as it is in the 350-450 range I think that they will sell fine. I would be interested in testing one on my ski. I have run the PFP/EME pipe on my SS lamey and prefer the b-pipe. I personally would not run the PFP on anything under 900cc's+. I THINK the vast majority of freestyle/freeriders run motors under 900cc's, so you are at least targeting to the majority of riders right there.

Other than that, I have learned that allot of what is said on these forums has to be taken with a grain of salt. Many of the loudest participants dont represent what is actually going on in the sport...............

I love my TNT pipe. I'm one of the guys who recommended Tim post on here to get input on his pipe.

Tim, I'm sorry for the :):):):)ty welcome. There are a lot of jaded people around here. There are a lot of cool people here too. Show up at a freeride and you will experience a totally different mindset. I hope this doesn't keep you from making some freestyle/freeride pipe applications. Good luck.

Latest, after spending few weeks researching I have desided to build a limited production run of pipes.
There wil be 25 made and only available from watcon and Blowsion.
They will not be cone pipes like the old ones.
They will be slightly new design tailored to 86mm bore and stock stroke.

Will be available in 10-12 weeks.
Those who are excited to see the new production can thank Randy at watcon and JohnyBlowsion, without them I would have never made anymore watercraft pipes.
As for the retail price you will have to call watcon or Blowsion for pricing!

he make his money selling them wholesale and its their discretion to set the retail price. Pretty much everything works this way. He is covered by making sure he sells the amount to make it worth it to him and they make a profit(if they sell most or all the pipes).

If you have to ask- you can't afford it.:mischievous:

just a question why cant you say the price or is watcon and blowsion gonna jack up the price. i would really like one but its all about the price

Waterdog is a good example.

If WDK just produced parts and did not handle the sales, he may have a different reputation. But he sales and markets his products himself. He forgets orders, gets distracted, who knows.

This way, Tim builds them, hands them off to WATCON or Blowsion, they deal with sales.

TNT Pricing

There's no way to accurately set a resale price until they are manufactured.. There will be some R&D expenses, dyno time, and other unforeseen expenditures.. If the price is within reason, and they make good horsepower thats all that counts.. Give Tim a break, and let him deveop the pipe, then we can accurately set the pricing structure.. "Quality is priceless"

Regards,
Randy

The reason i can't say the price is I haven't finished the tooling.
The tooling will be between 3800-4500.
The 25 pipes have to cover that tooling.
So to answer the omg there going to jack the price way up.
We worked a price range, I said I can build 25 and the cost will be between these two numbers.
So depending on tooling, material and shipping being so dam flaky.
I can't tell you until there done.
It's not a secret.
You just can't do the math till there done!
