My bad swap, I wrote up a response but I never hit reply. It's a 3D printed reduction nozzle plug. Mold is almost finished. Stabilizing layers are cured and the structural layers will be infused tonight.

Ok short story here.:
Well, my dad(and mom too!) tried a 550 we bought over the summer and he liked it...my mom was standing and turning on it too. he tried my superjet but he's 200+ lbs and 50 years old so my d cut ride plate and short pole and quick steer and riser bars wasn't fun for him since he's a beginner.
I told him to pickup a new superjet for 6k but he didn't want to. Well, I got an am hull shortly after so I have a bare superjet hull laying around. I told him how cheap it would be to get my hull rtr again but he still seemed skeptical.
Well today I found a 701 for sale for a good deal, showed my dad, and haggled the seller some more, and he gave me the go ahead to get it. Needless to say, my dad is gonna be rockin' my old square next summer! Plus, I'm sure my mom will give the superjet a try too.

love that pic @jetskipunk . I miss lakes where you have nice, clean sandy bottoms (I hail from Lake Erie). Lake Norman is great, but since its manmade it is all RED MUD on the bottom. Ick. If we stand around in it drinking beers long enough, we get "zombie toes" - the mud turns your feet red/yellow lol.

So after a freaking year my surveyor finally got my surveys and property line drawings done! Its been so long he forgot what he quoted me so i reminded him it was a lesser number as a fee for him taking so long. Only problem now is that my grandfather who is selling me the property has already flown south for the winter so now to get it drawn up and in my name i will have to send all the docs to Florida and then wait for him to get them signed and notarized and sent back to me. I also found the house plan my wife wants from the actual architect and by buying it through him instead of southern living its 700 dollars cheaper!
Not sure yet, i know tons of subs, but im working full time and in school full time so i dont have a ton of time to dedicate to the project. I may let my wife be the general on it since she is a pro at running major projects. The bank was giving us crap about who we use to build it so worst case i may have to hire it out.

My wife and I were on our tandem bike last night and the rear tire suddenly blew out the sidewall, it sounded like a gunshot. We had just gone down a hill at high speed a short distance before, we did not crash and were only about a mile and a half away from the truck. Had a nice walk and got to the truck before sunset. Very thankful!
