Can't afford the custom hull and college tuition? White people problems for sure!
@js/sj, sorry you feel you got ripped off, when I was working and going to school at the same time, I bought cheaper skis so I could stay on the water and work towards a valuable future at the same time. You can often have what you want in life, its just the quality and quantity that varies based on income... After you have matured as a jetski community member, you will understand that you won't be riding to the hilt every season every weekend every day... There are times that injury, income and ski problems will keep you off the water, but it won't be forever.
I can't see this thread gaining much traction in the real world, people who are serious about filing lawsuits don't start out on the forums, they talk to a lawyer. I also guarantee the lawyer says shut you mouth about what you plan to do, an just do it... We aren't going to see a wave of people coming out of the woodwork on this thread quoting number and listing parts, it hasn't happened on any of the other threads, why would this be different?
To everyone who buys a hull, use Paypal to work to your advantage... make a down payment (a small percentage) and final payment when the hull is received.
Anything outside of 45 days with Paypal and they will just say "sorry for your loss". And they will encourage you to call your bank, who will say "sorry for your loss" too, unless its a CC company, and they usually only have a 60 day window, which is still way too short of a time frame to get your money back if you don't get your hull.
