Trinity Composites EVO Pro Build

D-Roc

I forgot!
its only 6 to 12 lbs when you first foam it. almost every ski collects water every ride and after a couple months it is up to 8 to 15lbs, and a year later...... i hate foam as well, Cracker made a believer out of me. Nice work on the ski, its a light kawi for sure.

See a couple posts up what the hull builder himself has to say about it.
He seems to be able to get airplanes right.
Some pics of the fuel cell. Its not one bulkhead like the ski. It consists of wing skins to align and assembly bulkheads, baffles, ribs, vents and pickups with no leaks in question. With fuel cells on both sides of the plane plus a 30 gal header tank in the rear of the cabin. Its also a major structural area. Fuel cell has to go through changes of pressure from ground level to 20,000ft+ and some bad turbulence at times. Not to sound like a prick but my knowledge comes from aircraft that is being used in the builds of these skis. The pics you see is my work from some of the plugs to molds to prototype. I've been lucky to have been taught by some of the best since childhood. I have put serious thought into the ski project with so many ideas to come in time. And again just sharing some background.

great work bobby!
BTW what would you expect the weight to be if you had footholds and foam added?[/QUOTE The total weight after reinforcing the bond line with a carbon tape. Which is the whole front and behind the bulkhead while cutouts were open for foot holds. And the foot holds glued in and carbon taped. The hull weighed 77.8 lbs done. Then figure foam weight which I have ideas to replace that crap.
Thanks for the complements waterfreak.

i like the idea of a tube in the ass end and drain plugs i will definatly be giving some serious thought to it when i defoam my new ski

^^^^ Im telling you, as long as you dont blowout the hole side of your boat it will not sink!!!!

That wammer probably sunk because it was a wammer. Maybe the back of the boat blowed apart.

Ducking and running
