Thanks everyone, its been a lot of work which has been worth every second. The response has been awesome yet only a few have had a chance to ride the hull. I'm sure when guys are able to get some time on the hull it we be a whole new ball game. This project has been almost perfect from the beginning, at the testing in the water, to the looks of the upper. There is a strong team of guys here from old school pros to the current pros and many others that have influenced the work of final product to be what it is. Thanks to those guys for the support.

I will be posting pics of the next beast to come which is not too far behind, it is also a Matrix hull. This next ski has turned into possibly the baddest on this planet. Thanks to Scott the owner for the patients and support. For the belief that he knew he wanted this ski before he ever saw a sketch or prototype. Also for the ideas of what is needed to bring this build to the next level. There is countless dollars, components and detail that is going to set this ski apart from all others out there. Some of the best in the business have their best products going into the build as well. Many people across the globe will be seeing this thing real soon.

So is this Matrix hull the lightweight version? I am assuming if u can build a SXR lighter, then this is probaly the midline hull?
Petes hull is a pro version carbon/kevlar epoxy that is vac bagged just like all the pro versions. The laminate schedule is almost the same between the x-2, sxr, and Matrix pro versions. The kawi oem hulls are just so heavy and the yami hulls are light. Petes and Scotts hulls skins are within a pound of each other. Joshs hull is the same layup without the foam, scupper tube, it had a oem smc pumpshoe verses aluminum. It didn't have the molded pieces up front for the oem tank and waterbox.

Just curious..
What are some of the improvements over the 08+ sj's shape?
Is the pump set back like the 08+'s?

If you go threw the thread, you can see the changes in the bottom, sides, top. as far as pump set back, NO. so you can buy and drop your pre 08 SJ stuff in with no problems.

I trust Nicks judgement. Even though this boat is way far off in the future for me, I'm sure that won't be a problem. There's gonna be a LONG LINE!
Maybe Idok's motor in this hull? WOOOEEEE!!

Ya dude ! :Banane09:

Even if only half the crazy stuff I've heard about made it to the final product it would be completely over the top badass :bananajump:

If people look close you can see SOME of that...

I cant wait to molest this thing. 2 more days and its in my garage.. :bananajump:

wait till you see paint too. that is saturday.. and should go Romp the piss out of her next week.. heheheheh

That thing looks so nice, If I was in the market for a hull I would buy one even though I dont like the way it looks.

X 2
I need to see a few completed to see if the looks grow on me. Too many lines for my taste.
Don't get me wrong......at the same time I think it is the A/M hull I would most like to ride and potentially own.

Man I"m excited, I will defiantly be saving up for this or the new version you are making. I almost bought a new hull this year, but was told to wait, because new designs were coming. I'm glad I did now. Its nice to see a product that defiantly looks like it will be worth the money, and hold up.

Moondance

Just plain me....
Very nice ski - great to see some originality & innovation and not just some "revisions" to a basic hull design. It reminds me of a stealth bomber. Can't wait to see Pete in all of his glory on this ski:Banane01:

wait there is a new hull other than the matrix coming out bobby?

No. I can assure you that this is it for at least a little while. I've heard of some long term plans, but this is definitely the last set of hull molds he's making this year. Poor guy is tired of working 7 days a week and deserves a bit of a break.
