I guarantee a runaway isn't caused by mal-adjusted lo speed screws.

Are you sure about that? In my experience I have found a low circuit too lean which cause a runaway engine. I even pressure tested it and it held the required amount for well over an hour.

A tuned idle circuit will give the highest possible idle RPM. If you need to adjust idle, do it with the idle stop screw.

hurry up with the SJ stuff. sounds like you are really in a position to make some great stuff for reasonable prices. This sport has been overpriced for to long.
