When somebody says you will have your stuff by next Friday, and six weeks go by.... still nothing.... It would at least be nice if he could return one of my calls


Like I said, a call back would be nice.... or even a relayed message at this point

I assure you, this is "normal" in the industry. Jeff is just getting picked on.

Not "normal" in most of my experiences, at all.

Steve got me my WCF hull in a very timely fashion---my hull wasn't ready at the exact moment he predicted it would be when I ordered it, but it wasn't very long after the "deadline" that it was ready to be picked up or shipped. I just had him keep it an extra few weeks and bring it to me in Daytona.

And Steve always answers the phone or calls back. It's just good business.:biggthumpup:
