I made this custom pump shoe to put a 800 pump into my x2. It's not done, need to work the backside, but I think it's coming out nice, nicer than I expected actually.

The idea that someone made a pisser that can be removed with a hex is crazy talk.

I still can't believe the bow eyes don't come in some design that better facilitates their removal.

Edit: just realized you drilled out a bolt. I love it even more.

That would be easy on the lathe...!

I pulled the compound slide off my lathe and replaced it with a solid riser block.

Once converted to CNC, you don't need the compound and it is a major source of play.

Had these brackets made for my trailer. I didn't feel like messing with the trailer incase I decided to sell it down the road. I was having problems with my ski sitting correct on the bunks so now the problem is solved.

thats awsome!! i used to make a lot of the parts for Torchmate. They are owned by Lincoln Electric now (think welders) and assembled right down the street from my current place of employment. too cool to see these machines in current use!

Needed a longer rideplate for my ski, it was porpoising pretty bad in the surf. Unfortunately I didn't have any 1/4" plate so I had to weld 2 4" flatbar together.
