Finally got around to building some grease gun holders to keep my 2 guns clean and organized and even included a holder for a spare tube.

Mag mounted so I can move them around as needed.

I used 2.5" PVC for mine. The tube I found at Lowe's in the electrical section but I had to order the caps online.

One of my guns slid right in but the other was 1/16" too big. Rather than make a second sleeve with 3" tube, I just ordered another grease gun to match the narrower diameter.

I’m off all week so I’m catching up on my honey do list.

While I was waiting for some concrete to dry for the shower reno, I swapped out the cheap homing limit switches on my mill for some equally cheap little proximity switches.

The previous limits required face contact where the proximity sensors will allow my triggers to pass over them. I was able to overdrive the limits in manual and cause mechanical damage to the old limits so this system should prove to be a bit more robust.

Been tinkering on this for a while. My first real gokart and I got it in pieces so took me way to long looking at pics online to make seat mounts, replace bearings, figure out axle setup etc

Dragging my feet on buying the batteries it really needs so hooked it up with my 190amp Chinese controller and 4x18ah batteries for 24v 36ah. *End goal is 48v-54v 7200/8100rpms 650 amp controller and either Nissan leaf or Prius battery cells.

Love 2 fab stuff up.
Making a standup pretty well from scratch, mainly SJ bits.
Custom flat water ski for long fast turns.
Just finished the hull base to epoxy primer, epoxy flocoat to go.
Engine is 200 mm forward.
Based on a wave runner 3 engine/pump layout.

Superjets tend to slide around a bit so this hull has a serious edge on it. It’ll either corner like it’s on rails or be a high side widow maker.
Longer hull from where midline bow meets waterline to pump by 230mm. Practically a sit down ski hull length base.
Overall only 120mm longer than standard SJ hull.

Fibreglass / ply sandwich construction.

Tall impeller and a 760 planned. Should smoke any SJ in top end straight line. As for wide open cornering...we’ll see
