Oh sorry my bad for getting two taco'd chans mixed up. And yeah I'm pretty sure you were supposed to be at finals, Steve even tried making a bet with me that you would beat me.
I also had a picture of your sweet piece of aluminum you had to put in under your pole bracket to reinforce your hull from falling apart.

Yeah I was supposed to be competing, glad he didn't take the bet. I didn't feel ready for comp in time to qualify, so I backed out. I regret it now after seeing everyone's routines from about 5th back. I have no idea how you did, didn't even know your name until you joined the Texas forum on Facebook and started slamming Steve there.
As for the pole bracket brace, that's odd because I never shared that with anyone but Steve. Again, that was a test hull, given to me FOR FREE to beat on and report back. It's still very ridable now, with no reinforcement other than the pole bracket. Steve has addressed the pole bracket issue since.
Bash on brother.
To the OP, I apologize for the derailment, carry on.

Hey Steve i hope you get this message, I've tried calling you yesterday 3 times and 2 more today, but only got voicemail. Ive also wrote 4 messages about these calls, after you asked if I'm calling from block nr (which i am as I'm on offshore work and calling from a phone from the platform), you haven't responded to this, but i saw your posted in this thread. So can you give me a time when it will suit you, to recive a call from me?

come on swap, you were steves biggest fanboy at the start. backie chan thread of awesomeness and all that. lured by steve? you guys bit into that like a hungry trout! dont blame steve cause you guys were being greedy to get the new model instead of the exact replacement or what you first ordered. you guys basically doubled down. you didnt lose but you have to wait to collect. sorry, but you cant have your cake and eat it too! disreguard anything i say, i've been guzzling blue guava or whatever its called.

LOL Go home Buzzard... You're Drunk...

Actually I debated about it for a long long time. Easily two months or more, it wasn't a easy decision. I haven't been on the phantom... So it's hard to agree to a hull that you haven't been on. (Still a little nervous about that.) Also I knew if I went with the upgrade I would basically be giving up my right to pester him about when I would get it (within reason.) It was tough, but at the same time I'm happy. If I went with a chan, I would want it ASAP so I could build it etc. This way, I don't have to worry.

So a little update. Ive been calling Steve 5 times in 2 days (From wensday) on his request - but no answer. Im having a really hard time grasping how he can be so busy and/or why he at the least can either answer or say "well I'm overloaded, lets solve this". So I'm not any further in this case, still waiting for Steves response to get this set straight

Christian, I know this is not the answer your looking for. But honestly. I do believe you will get your hull. I don't know when. My gut is he is not gonna take your money and run. When he is behind, he just clams up and does not communicate. But in the end your hull will ship out. May be best to just lay low for a while.

None of my business Christian, but if I was you I would contact a lawyer and have him mail a certified letter requesting a resolution by a certain deadline. The letter would detail what the acceptable resolutions would be, as well as have a demand date. This is not to say that I am advocating trying to sue him, because in all honesty even if you were to win, you wouldn't probably see a dime and would be out the expenses involved. My point is more that crying/complaining on a forum is only counter productive. Entertaining for us reading, but it isn't getting you anywhere closer to a resolution with Steve.

I manage a large retail store doing $1m+ a week in sales, and we have some of the most outlandish requests from our customers that we frequently deny. We receive letters of demand once in awhile, and while we would win these cases if they were taken to court, a majority of the time it is cheaper for us to concede at that point. That may or may not work with Steve, but it will be far more productive than anything going on in this thread.

I find it informative that he posts his issues heres. It seems that I had many of the same issues. Without him posting that I would have never known.

He doesn't want the hull tho that's the point of the phone calls. He's calling to get his money. I feel like I'm taking crazy pills.

Sounded to me like he was talking to Christian and not turbo...

Just sayin.

Ive tried to write with Steve about getting this straight, but no answer about reversing the deal as promised if not done by december 13. So i posted this story and question for my fellow riders, to figure out how they would handle this. Latest i tried Calling Steve upon his request, but havent got any answer. Im really trying to get this solved in the best way and try to stay happy even with all my money send overseas for allmost a half year now. And the guys saying this will only set my "case" further back, what the F is that for a business attitude. I havent got any work done, and simply asked for my money back? How would you react if this was some contractor working on your house, and you stepped over his toes, and he would put you "back in the line" ?Would this be normal practice and be okay? I guess not.I've had to loan money and by a another hull, because i havent got anything as ive been promised two times, and also let Steve know, that i was affraid that the hull wouldnt be done in the winter period, as i would like to build it in early spring (also needed to be shipped and handled by customs in Denmark)Bottom line is, i went into this with arms open, paid 5500 (showing my good faith, and not just the deposit, hoping Steve would think i was seriuos) and now i'm at the point where i would like take the offer and reverse the deal so i can pay some of the money i loaned.

Christian is in Denmark. Trendsetterz is in the US. Legal action is 100% useless and I'm willing to bet that there isn't even a written contract in existence between the two.
This is why Christian is getting more and more upset, because he has absolutely no recourse and feels the only thing left for him is to bring it to light here.
