What was your FIRST ski?

my first extensive time on a pwc was with my now wifes seadoo spi. that was the summer of 2003. I bought a 550 in pieces in 04.

First ski to RIDE was a seedoo about 10 years ago. First stand up to ride was a 750. First ski to buy was a 2000 SJ.

Some sort of kawasaki when I was in 6th grade(1986).
1st ski I owned was a 300 in 1992. I freestyled it for all it was worth. Sold it 2 years later. Got a x2 in 1996. I hated it. Worst of both worlds. Sold it 6 months later. Got a 96 superjet in January 2007. Now I have to say " Yes dear, I do realize that I am obsessed with my jet ski" everytime paypal shows up in the bank statement.

i took this pic 2 years ago.. i love it... gah.. even though i dont like the skis any more..

then my FIRST STAND UP WAS THIS BEAST earlier this year april

440 with a bunch of stuff done... but still worthless.. got to learn how to stand up on that thing. then a week later bought my current SJ in july

now "last" on the boards rides this ski.. he is a lurker but thats his ski now... he just did a 650 conversion in it.

First ride was on a friends SeaDoo GTI.

Then I bought an STX-R.

Got bored and bought an X2.

I consider the X2 my first "ski." My first boat was the STX-R.

Been riding my uncles sit downs since I was 10 then when I turned 16 I bought a 1990 Kawasaki 550. I have owned 12 different skis since then (3 years ago) my dads not to happy with my new addiction.

1989 WR500 was my first ride and ski then saw the light and bought a 94 550sx and now a 2007 SJ after several others skis

Bought a 1990 Seadoo SP for $400 when I was 14 Had a blast all summer.
Sold it the following summer and bought a pos 550. Wrenched more than I rode.
Bought a 440 and 550 the following year.
Sold them all and bought a 93 750 sx<< what an upgrade.
Bought 2 HX's and had the 750sx too.
Sold them all and bought a 2004 SJ.
Built it up than wondered how I was to pay for college, so it's gone
Plan on getting back in next winter with a new SJ, and SXR.

Here is the first standup I ever rode. I got it as a partial trade for a dirtbike I was getting rid of. Still learning how to ride it. It is an '82 JS440 bored to 550 with motor work done by group K.

first rode a 89 x2, i was hooked!!

got a 91 550 a little later highly modded rode the pi$$ out of it
got a 88 x2 about a month later all stock when i got it not now!!
and about a month after that got a 92 sn empty hull to build.

these ski keep pilling up at my house, i dont know why.
