Congrats man!!! I have been dreaming of retirement since I was 16 and got my first "real" job. lol Do you have any big projects/plans lined up that you plan on tackling?

I don't have any big plans. My wife has a real estate business and does property management as well. I will be doing a lot of maintenance on rentals to help out for now but I will be keeping my options open.

Didn't get it wet but I finally pulled it out of the garage and got it cleaned up a bit.



Which allowed for some breathing room and space to finish up some projects. I also took that Octane out for a spin on Saturday, love it. That will likely be my next ski.

I started building a workshop years ago and came home with the cease and desist tag on my door from a county inspector. Lol Easier and cheaper to get a permit.

I live 600 ft from a major fault line the cantilever is the least of my worries if my hill shifts the whole neighborhood is headed downhill
