You nailed it! One of the carb o-rings came off with the tape.

5 minutes later and she is running again.

Well that's one project finished, now to start prepping for tomorrow's task.

Anyone wanna guess where this is going?

Im surprised a dodge will carry that much weight. ;) I also noticed your tank strap has a knot in it. Thats not very OCD like........

And Lumpy, I have selective OCD. For instance, the picture below, I had to retake it after realizing that the grade stamp was upside down.

Edit: How do you notice the knot in the strap but totally miss that the bilge outlets don't match?

I got my ski running but instead of driving to Jax beach to ride the crappiest blown out surf of the year, I stayed home and finished up my storm prepping.

We figure we got lucky last year and are due to get hit by a big one so why not take the time and make things right.

Total cost is under $400 and under 5hrs of labor.

Material required was 14 sheets of 1/2" plytanium wall sheathing and approx 80 stainless Plylox hurricane clips.

All in all, a pretty slick system that is easy enough to handle that my wife should be able to button up the house on her own. Since I'm traveling a lot more now, it's always in the back of my head that I may not be able to get back home in time to prep the house.

Now that all the panels are cut and labeled, install time is less than 30 minutes with no tools required.
