My driveway looks like that too, swapped the hubs on my truck out and had to replace one set of freewheel bearings.

Not in my area of California. They are limiting it to 300 vehicles per day and 50 of them can have boat trailers. I asked the ranger if they are at 50 and I bring a ski on a hitch hauler can I get in and he laughed and said it's up to his discretion to come find him if I need to.
