So the 750 limited headpipe will fit the X2, not the 650sx headpipe? I was going to order a new one, but want to get the right one to work with a B limited chamber.

That makes sense, the Limited pipe has the 650 pattern just rotated you need the 750 headpipe and exhaust manifold so the pipe will be straight forward.

I have the 650 headpipe and the superjet headpipe and can't tell them apart. My buddy has a new SJ Mod pipe he got for his 840 X2 we are putting together soon. I will let you know if it works out the same.

One or the other has a thicker flange. Can't remember which is which. I believe the Kaw has less material taken off at the gasket surface.(thicker)

So this week I started my re-enforcement of the side's and my tubbie install. I also glassed in some aluminum plate for the foot straps. Im not happy with the way the Tubbies came out , Unfortunatly my supplier was out of fast cure adhesive so I cant do anything to them for a week.

Some pic's of the Tubbies. I mounted them 43 9/16 from the rear of the ski I think they are two far foward. Blowsion told me to follow the SXI direction but that put them way to far back. I will be blending them into the hull next weekend to try and compensate.

The pics can be deceiving. I need to move them back 2 inches
I was thinking the same, if you look down when riding you will see where the water is breaking out from the side of the hull. I think Pete got it right, and I thought they were too far back the first time I looked at his hull. We are not racing these things, and want the nose up more.

So I moved the Tubbies back to 40 1/4 inches from the rear and it looks alot better. I have alot of work ahead of be too remove the adhesive that was left over. Plus one of the screws pulled out of the hull so i have to fill in the edges this week. Next time I will epoxy these in, It would be alot cleaner.

Whill waiting for parts for the SJ i started back on the X-2. I mounted the steering, bars and controls. I fount a great place for the bilge switch, it fits right in the bracket for the fuel selector. I also put in the 2nd cooling line and mounted the Kick Ars exhaust outlet I got from legdragger.

This is going to be KILLER! If you run into any snags just call me. I am sure I have the problem solved already. There are little fitment issues with stuff that I might be able to save you some time with.
