With your shoe size and riding shoes, I'd say Tom21's with 25mm padding or 615's with the same padding or more for both. Both are great holds with tons if room to make them comfy and fit right. I've ran both sets, toms in my old 750sx and 615s in current sxr. I usually wear 12's. 24/7's are...
