I never said anything about the shipping rate. I had no problem with that. I had no problem with anything about the transaction, except the PayPal conversion rate. You say it is legit. I disagree.

The 64x cylinder is much stronger than the 61x that is stock for a waveblaster 1, so you really don't meed a girdled head, unless you are going with really high compression. So, you might consider just having the stock head modded. Or try to pick up a used aftermarket head. Another...
