Had my e-box rebuilt last season by JetManiac and he did a fantastic job. He even caught a tiny slit in my power cable that I did not even notice. +1 for a good seller that pays attention to detail.

My guess is that it's something small in the E-box or wires leading from it (JM found a small slit in my positive cable when I sent it to him to be rebuilt that I didn't even notice) or something with the carb (rebuild, check needle and seat).
