Freestyle Whats a good helmet for around $100

I like my ShredReady. The fitment isn't bad plus it's a kayak based helmet so it drains and dries pretty nicely. It's super light too, although I do have the full carbon.

    Super Jet Slop in steering

Finally had a chance to check it out - the L bracket is fully intact and does not wiggle nor does the cable and the cable is the correct direction. It's nothing major for slack but it just drives me nuts because it isn't full true. It basically feels like there is too much wire inside of the...

    Super Jet Slop in steering

The slop as far as I can tell is coming from the bar end of the steering system. I have roughly a half inch of play before it begins to steer in either direction. It's really bothersome. When I tighten it down it simply pulls the nozzle to the right and throws off the steering rather than just...

    Super Jet Slop in steering

I have an SN with a -2 a/m pole running a new steering cable, but I seem to have a but of slop in the steering that I am trying to squeeze out. Anyone know how to fix this?

Super Jet Turfing the front of a Squarenose

I have never tried it but it sounds like a good idea to get it to mold correctly for the nose.

Super Jet Turfing the front of a Squarenose

Haha, thank you. I put a large piece of turf on the bare nose and measured where to make the cuts that way. Start from the top and make sure you press/rubber hammer the turf into all of the grooves so it sets nicely. Once I had the edges set I just cut a bit on each corner of the big nose flap...

Super Jet Turfing the front of a Squarenose

I don't have any step by step pictures but here are a few to kinda see how I folded it - I used some epoxy to get it to stay on the front nicely. It has held up pretty well. I definitely like the noses better turfed than with the rubber bumper.

    Super Jet Quick prop question

I am just wondering how the whole pitch setting works. Mine feels pretty good, I'd just like to understand props a bit more. Mods below: 701 Ada 35cc head Factory b pipe Stock pump

I'm running a 13/17 Solas Concord right now. What is the general rule of thumb when figuring which pitch is best for your setup?

Super Jet Need wiring advice ASAP!

Wiring up my stator wires back to my Ebox. There are two sets of green wires on each end with no marking to distinguish them apart. Can they be interchanged?? Thanks!

Super Jet Routing a RN steering cable

Like this? That's how I ran it last year, it went under my gas tank. I switched it up last night to run in front of the waterbox and it seems like it has a lot of pressure on it now. Each way seems kind of wierd. I may put it back the way in the picture today, just wanted to see how you guys...

Super Jet Routing a RN steering cable

What is the proper way to route a SN steering cable - between the waterbox and gas tank, or in front of the waterbox? I searched and found two different answers, looking for the correct way. Thanks.
