PJ1 makes a pretty good epoxy paint in a rattle can they even have a clear coat. The clear coat holds up to gas good. My ski is ridden in the surf year around and has held up good so far.

Do what GDFL said then re-enforce it from the inside so it won’t go back to the original position.

dont have them on yet, I have adapter that came with them and will have a manifold soon. Since ill have to add another pulse line to my case im not sure when ill get them on. I dont want to remove my cylinder right now.

I would say yes just for peace of mind. If you have one line get plugged you still have one supplying water to the engine

The surf was great in the morning started turning nasty around 11:30 The first Pic is at 9 in the morning the second is around 3 while we wee dragging the ski back. Barry has a video posted on the other site of our first ride.

I just reinforced my engine compartment before the JK Ragger. Blowsion gave me small strands of Kevlar for use as filler. It worked out real good and sands pretty good also.

Suzi not sure what all they have checked/done but it sounds like you have water in your fuel filter. When you pull the throttle it sucks the water out of the fuel filter killing the ski.

No real way to do it with out taking out your engine
