I use the dap Weldwood in the tray area but on the rails ( if your turfing the rails) its so much easier to use the 3m backed one. cut to fit, peel back the protective paper, warm up lightly and carefully stick down then use a roller to roll it tight. Its faster, Works great, no messy glue...
wow crazy. Yea i see a huge wave coming at me like that i am not just going to sit there and video.
but the surfers must be loving it. For big waves they are clean and decent intervals between them. We get that size waves in NY its a sloppy mess and one on top of another.
61x cys with 760 sleeves are a big bore kit. Should run good. But with 61x cases unless they are ported are gunna starve the motor for air. A wet jet carb and manifold will work well bc is a 46mm with stuffers n cheaper readily available but spend extra cash and an aftermarket manifold with...
You prob wouldt believe me but my primer gun is an old harbor freight lol. Works great though and I have an older sato but I painted my last 2 skis with a husky gun from homedepot haha. Took a little fine tuning at first but once I got it set it worked great for last 2 skis and a car...
I had it on a 650 sx I bought years ago and it was horrible. Slippery no traction. Couldn't wait to get it off the sides were fine but def wouldn't use on the bottom
I have painted jet skis boats and cars with emron paints both 2 stage and single stage with great results. I painted my girls jet ski with single stage white came out perfect even after hurricane sandy when the ski was ripped around attached to the trailer smashed into pilings rolled around...
@jet rider we have 5 fixsteer sj's in our riding crew. Pole skis are the minority now haha but bruce , tom and ryan have a few skis so depending the day they are on a fixsteer or pole ski
yea hot knife is best way to do it and if u can get it out in large enough chunks and keep some chunks throw as much of them back in when your done. those chunks you get back in in the back and the nose foam keeps many basters afloat even in surf ;-) well barely above water line but its...
im not 100% sure as i dont have anything to measure but i had both the supremo and xlace straps on my other skis and pretty sure the mounting area that are at the end of each side of the strap are the same.
so id say yes they are the same but i wouldnt go 100% on me esp if your permanently...
Ok. Well they may not have every one but prob Since They have so many rule pumps im sure they can order it and get a good price on the one you want. For now what I posted is food for guys wanting the 360 500 and a few others guys use.
on an X2 !? damn people find it hard enough to ride stock. He didnt have to go and make it harder with all that weight on one side haha bet you he ate poop a few times on the right side turn
@Roseand how much are the 1100 normally? i know the 360 and 500 are cheap but alot of people use them including myself and i know i norm pay more than $18 bucks each and i have a few accounts at cheap marine supplies
