I have the Solas Mag pump with just a limited b pipe and it works very well. I wont ride 6 vane again!
Oh, and dont worry about the weight, you will feel no difference at all besides the extra thrust.
I drive an 07 Dodge Cummins for a plow truck. If you are at low rpms for extended amounts of time, a little warning light will come on telling you that the dpf filter is reaching capacity. If you drive it under normal conditions, the ecu will raise the temp and clean out the particulates every...
These guys are right, it's a lot about stance. The way you are riding now might not be suited the best for your grate/plate combo. An aggressive scoop grate and extended ride plate really try to keep the nose down and you may be trying to ride more nose high. Id say put the stock stuff on and...
You can put money into a SN. Later on, if you want to upgrade, you'll just need a hull. Whether it be a RN or aftermarket, the drivetrain will bolt right in. Another vote for the SN!
Buddy of mine has a JB1. Got a chance to ride it and it's a kick ass hull. I like it way better than the 2 Rickter FS2s that Ive ridden. I think the Footrocket is a little smaller/lighter and geared more for flatwater? Looks sick!
The way pwcs (especially stand ups) handle and ride in the water, it would be incredibly confusing to other boaters at night trying to get an idea of which way you are heading. Imagine 3 little lights zig zagging and doing 360s!
The hooker 9/15 is a popular upgrade and has gotten very good reviews. Should work fine with your 650 and a 701 down the road.
I wouldnt start putting money into the 650, especially if the b-pipe wouldnt fit a 701 (not sure about compatibility either). I personally haven't ridden a 650 so I...
I prefer to do hull/pump mods before power mods. Get your ski so it feels perfect when you ride. Footholds will help lock you in for tricks. Prop will help with hookup and (depending on pitch) help with acceleration. Both are very good options.
Personally, my order would be: Hooker 9/15...
First thing to go is the stock steering cable. It doesn't have enough throw. Replace with a 96-07 cable or get the cable that schmity1 on here sells. After that, it's pretty much personal preference on which direction you want to go with the ski.
If I did my 2010 SJ from scratch again, i...
