Well, today i was talking about getting a stand up and my girlfriend asks if it is a "two person ski?" and...i told her no and she got a little pissed off because if i sell my raider she wont be able to ride anymore... blah blah blah, i think i may be keeping it. i may be able to work something...

I have an SBT motor in my yamaha waveraider 701T deluxe, works perfectly fine, the ski runs a solid 57mph GPS and has 38 hours on it... i have had no problems whatsoever with the motor, i got the no fault 2 year warranty on it and the engine has performed wonderfully. Brian

Just a quick question on HOW fast i could get an 1100 waveraider to go? pipe, carbs,ignition,bored out, lighten flywheel,performance pistons, pump, impeller and etc. etc. stock it is a 63mph machine, could it go 70+(without nitrous)? and would it be stable at those speeds? sorry for all the dumb...

Does anyone do any type of cruising on a stand up? because thats pretty much all we do on the river is go to two branch, masons chute, iowa island... those are places we bust missions to on the weekends and go screw around at. the farthest is two branch which is a good half hour cruise at 35mph.

Dan, problem corrected with new nozzle and intake grate when i replaced the prop, it goes a solid 56mph on GPS with open F/A, boyeson reeds, R&D intake grate, solas prop and reduction nozzle. I really like my XP when it was running and i am putting a race motor in it. I would like a project skii...

and also... i love how the XP handles, and the yamaha im still getting used too...but it also handles like a dream, tricks, i can do a couple "couch" tricks. LOL

wow... i dont have nearly enough money to buy a RXP! im working two jobs right now and i am 17! I got the waveraider for $500 and put in the cheaper of the two motors (the 701t) that it originally came with for $700 and that was enough to get me around this summer. Also, i dont want to be too...

Ok, how fast can i get a stand up to go? because im in the need for speed, and sit downs look like they go the fastest comparatively, can i get one to go 60+? (stand up) without alot of mods?

The skii is running a solid 56mph on the GPS at 1/3 tank of gas and me riding it. so i doubt its losing that much speed, i cant exactly afford a new motor for it since this is my back-up ski and im buying a new motor for my 1997 sea doo XP. for now i just want this thing to be a little faster so...

Well, there is a guy out at my marina with an 1100cc waveraider pipe for $50 for sale, will it fit/bolt on? or is there an adapter or conversion for it?

Dont know anyone that could help me out on that, no one i kno has a machine shop, and i really dont want to take the motor out right now, its only been 14 hours (hourmeter) since i wrestled the damn thing in there. any suggestions are appreciated Brian
