Most guys do their own foot holds on here, as far as mods yes get a 701 but at the same time if you get a bpipe for that 650 then save up for @JetManiac built motor you'll be more than happy and you'll have a pipe to put on that fresh new ported motor

Just my two cents, the wps batteries specify that they are made specifically to be used with a traditional charger where as others require lipo specific chargers or you kill them.
