already did that. still no spark. Im just gonna bring it to Daytona the way it is. Im sure with all the great guys out there we will get it worked out.
So my friends super jet lost spark during a ride. I disconnected start stop switch. still no spark. Stater ohmed at 337 and 14.4. bought a new cdi and coil from jet maniac. Still no spark. Installed new stater got spark for a few cranks then no more. All connections look good and i'm kinda lost...
thanks guys(especially Blue). It ended up being the needle arm was bent up a Little and it was holding the needle open. bent it down and problem solved.
but if that were clogged wouldn't it make both carbs dump fuel? like even after I shut the ski off the fuel pump carb still drips fuel for a few seconds

thats a good thought. i guesse we will never know the true story but as far as the reason they stopped making them... they didnt sell well and they were more expensive to make as they were hand layed fiber glass.
id really like to know the real 100% truth. iv heard a lot of story's all of them very convincing. I defiantly wouldn't be surprised to find out that they were actually made in 1990
