Ohhhhhhhh ok I drilled all my oem ones out to 8mm on my sv and my wife’s Sv they both have 8mm inserts. It was time consuming to do it and you waste a lot of drill bits then just use a 8x1.25x16mm button head Allen and it works

What jetting are you currently running. Are they 48's? Are you running stock stroke? Your post is kinda confusing so i think thats why no one replied. I had a 5mil HPE motor running a TNT V2 pipe. Your setup is kinda funky with all that riva stuff which is also why I think no one said anything...

see if @Nsmith212 will sell you his hull. Your a bigger guy but the SV1 is very capable and fun on the lake. Easy to chase down boats. Hes semi local to you and as far as I know its still together and rideable

The fvpro did feel more stable and less porpoisey than the dvx but I also have never ridden a flatwater ski before until this past weekend. Plus that thing was scary powerful. I like my big heavy surf boat for my big heavy surf lol you guys have a way better feel for what these skis are capable...
