Sounds ignition related(high voltage) you won't feel a shock from anything 12v, low amp. Start it up, and spray the plug wires wiyh a water bottle and look for a light show
The Kawi flywheels don't use a standard "harmonic balancer puller" like the Yamaha's. You have to use a 18mm threaded bolt that screws into flywheel and pushes onto nose of crank..
last season, I ran a Kawi 830, ported to the gills, 195 psi, 46 sbns, rad flywheel, stock ignition, wet pipe. stock tank in my Q8, fuel consumption was awesome 1-1.5 hrs easy
