lightwieght flywheel, I wouldn't worry about reeds until you do some porting, and bigger carbs, a/m intake

not all gauges are created equal, try a different gauge. it might not actually be that low. How well does it run?

Yes I ran the restrictor jet, and the flow control valve, with no probs for 6years.

I ran 1/4 top, middle closed, bottom closed, and install flow control valve on chamber.
