Currently my buddy has a stock SXR and we are looking for a dry pipe to put on it. Thought before I suggest we get the pipe first what is everyone opinion on what to do first . Maybe list them out in stages , any help would be great.

KAWASAKI SXR 800 / 1100 - ( 900cc PIPE CONVERSION ). I believe the pump is stock, I will double check . I do know Ron at Rogue was trying to design and build kits for just a basic swap at first with a stock SXR and a spare 1100cc motor ( for easy conversion).

it would ride really wierd .. but still run =) Compression test and inspect the underside for bad mounts and damage , if that checks good then pay the man

well we rode it pretty far and for more than 30 minutes ... not exactly sure how long and far though.

People ask me all the time why I have a blaster when I have an SJ..... I JUST LOVE IT.

The demand does make it hard to get ... seems like nothing really special is done to it , it looks nice though. If it had a pipe I would be on it like crazy

Just buy both ,,, I was in the same boat but I did two things. One I lost some weight went 220 to 175lbs and I learned to side mount the blaster. When I had the weight I just adjusted my blaster to idle and had it idle as I mounted from the rear and it was alot easier. Back to the question , I...
