picking up my first Kawasaki 550sx jetski from Ron Jon Surf shop. Did a moddded 650 conversion and widened the tray on the 550 and then the 750sx came out

Looks great. How long did it take you to build this?

I cut the bottom section and filled it with foam and started shaping. I would put the rail around the nose if I was doing this again. I made a splash guard to reduce getting sprayed in the face. I will probably put the rail back on this winter.

chop your rn. I built this over the winter -3, nose mod, wider tray, and wider rail. im lovin it.

Carbonx2 was dead on . Had a set on the bench with .044 gap. Thanks for info

Yep your probably right about the gap. I didn't measure gap. I will get scotts to check them since I put them in his bag of plugs.
