How thick under pad for Flatwater Freestyle?

I ended up doing some surgery after trying my current set-up just in the shop. I am SO GLAD that I did. My foot positioning to way better, and my foot is never coming out... This is probably a bad thing, but it was more the idea I had originally thought for these holds... I know people are going...

    Freestyle Affordable Power......... It's COMING

Are you sticking with the 'black market' sale of this engine? A.K.A. sticking to word of mouth sales and phone call sales, or are you thinking of taking it publicly with a live website and ads in say Pro-Rider Magazine and such...? -Gringo

How thick under pad for Flatwater Freestyle?

Shi!!!!ttt... I just loaded up the top of my WDK holds and only put 8mm underneath, but have a total of 32mm (1.25") on top!! I was way more worried about the top of my foot than the bottom... You guys think this is not a good set-up? I still have to kick my feet in...

    Super Jet Steering systems?

Please Note: The X-metal Steering System has clearance issues with specific poles. It depends what you are running... The bolts that clamp the bars down protrude out enough on the bottom-side that if you don't have the right clearance you may have to modify the pole so that the bolts clear...

What's the difference? Is the pivot moved inward toward the center bolts? -Gringo

    Super Jet Steering systems?

I wasn't saying you were incorrect, I was just saying the standard for "more throw" is a tiny adjustment on regular steering plates. Plus, the 'standard' adjustment is planar vs. the X-Metal design where you can make adjustments in the X, Y, and Z directions. This enables the vertical...

    Super Jet Steering systems?

Umm... There is a huge difference in throw... The standard "quick-steer" mod only goes out about an inch. With the X-Metal Steering system I have the bars throw to about two inches. I barely have to move the bars for complete throw. -Gringo

    Custom/Hybrid Hot-Hands Mod -- Heated Grips

With the locking O.D.I. rings on the end, the grips will never move. If they do, I will instantly recognize it because one grip will have more flow than the other. As far as fingers or palms, both. I have three lines of 4 holes parallel with the handlebar's center. One line is facing forward...

    Custom/Hybrid Hot-Hands Mod -- Heated Grips

Hey X-Members, So I took on the 'Hot-Hands' Mod that is promoted here and I figured I would share how I completed this task. Basically, I drilled and tapped the center of the handlebars for a 3/8" barb fitting. I followed up with milling twelve (1/8)" holes in three separate rows on each...

Custom/Hybrid 1990 SN Superjet Complete Overhaul Refoam Stubby Hull Carbon Pole Etc...

So I went with my Hot-hands idea and milled the X-metal handle bars and hooked up the cooling line from the top of the engine's head to the center of the bars... The bars looks like a gun-drilled barrel and there are 12 holes per grip. The outlet holes are through the Rogue ODI grips and then...

    Other Price check?

Around here, all you ever get are the Kawi 650's for $1500 and the 750's for $1800. It's ridiculous! Midwest is all about the racing though... I struggled to find my Yami SN SJ with a 701 for $1,900 cash... -Gringo
