took apart the cooling lines, the line going into the t was clogged up with metal shavings.. all the other lines seems to be clear. i'm replacing the cooling lines with clear braded lines so i can see if any clogs are occuring hopefully.
well im going to put i back together now and see if that...
once i get some water flowing i'll take the fcv out to tune.
where abouts on long island are you located? i have some family who live on the bay in lindenhurst
not sure if it is dumping into the chamber but im pretty sure it isnt. everything got pretty hot after initially running the engine.
and mine is set up the same as you minus the 4mm restrictor

So I installed a brand new b pipe on a otherwise stock 08 sj engine back in february. had the entire engine out of the ski at the time so i had to reassemble the cooling lines.
well i finally put it in the water today. started it up, getting ready to tune it and i notice not water is coming out...
What spring did you get? The one I got from blowsion never had that problem.. it has just made the handlepole weightless but the pole doesnt stick up at all.
This is what mine looks like on my 08. Went in pretty easily, no problems really. Just put either end into the holes and then slide the bolt through, hammer it with a hammer.
straight line fast isn't the most stable on these things. they dont like to go fast without being on an edge, they start dancing on top of the water. a similar example i guess is like wakeboarding. if you try and ride the board straight and not on an edge the board starts walking around until it...
What do people do with the stock breather tube in the front? I rotated it 180* like factory instructs but the tube still rubs the expansion chamber. Is this a problem?
can u hold off until u have funds to do footholds? save yourself time and money
I'd do the rails and the chin pad while your at it, get rid of the purple all together
