"will reimburse the customer as we see fit in order to make their hull acheive the level of a full repair"
That sound like a great deal....ha. How about send them a new hull for the one thats not built right.
OMG.
I just cringe when I see stories like this! I hope you get it straightened out with the insurance company. I would talk to a lawyer too. Its cheaper than buying a new ski.
Now I am going to have to figure out how to foam the vision. My lake is over 100ft deep.
I am more amazed at the entrepreneur being french!
Now the ktm,s are bad ass.Supermotofools rock those things in every environment and they seemed to hold up well.
Wanted to bump this thread.
Bought a blaster from Brad. The ski was as described and communication was great.
Got the ski Thursday afternoon. Filled it with gas friday morning and ripped it all afternoon with the wife.
Great seller.
Now I have to work on side mounting a blaster!
Played with it little this afternoon.
Same thing. Best way for me to describe it is splatter. Instead of the normal ringing sound , its a splattering ringing tone. Almost breaking up.
Did notice turning HARd left it bogs. Remember reading about that somewhere .
What a difference in decibels with the ball removed from the control valve. Didn't load up with water either.
Now I think I will try and figure out the other problem. I will either record it with my phone or charge the go pro for this one. I have changed and cleaned everything possible trying...
Finally taking advantage of a nice weekend.
Seems to be not filling the box with water. Turned it a bit more in to see if it would remedy the slight "something" when you nail it trombone almost idle. The result was a hot water box. Just took out the ball in the control valve.
On another note...
Alright,
Hooked it to city water and found it was cracked! Damn.
Luckily I guess, it was on the outside. Local guy welded it up on the spot for 25 bucks and as of right now no leaks.
Water testing this weekend and playing with the top screw. I am not sure that the crack would have had any...
Well I just finished the pressure test. The middle and bottom didn't leak. The top was squirting somewhat of a stream. Not like I was kinda hoping for. I adjusted it to a spray pattern.
I do not know what kind of pressure the cooling system produces . I have maybe 40-50 psi at the RV park. I...
After cleaning the flow control valve it didn't overheat the waterbox.
Now I need to figure out why at slow speeds it seems like the box is full of water and needs to be cleared out.
I have to make a few hard runs/ blasts to clear it out then I get the low end punch back. It is a very noticeable...
That's what I have been running. I adjusted the top screw of the b pipe and the box got waaayyyy hot.
I cleaned the control valve but haven't re tested. I feel like I get too much water in the box. Its seems to take a lot to clear it out.
Then I am at a loss then.
It really feels like it is breaking up when you idle then nail the throttle. I have gone through everything. Replaced questionable items. Got the screws set per Art.
The only thing I can think of next is the ATP waterbox. Maybe it takes too long for it to clear the...
