My comp ski will be the only ski we are bringing from the 'BOB Factory', and will be strictly flat water. I only know of a few Gen2's for surf, but those test rides are out of our control.

Well, when your sponsor pays the bills, you ride what they give you. I loved how my EME ripped, but it looks like we're trying a different 1200 this year. I remember who you are, I'd like to try the Circus as well, seemed like all of them were non-op at Havasu.

Not like it's very difficult for me to replace the hull if something were to happen ;) However this ski is getting a pretty 'x'-treme set up from our friends in Tampa, so test rides MAY be limited, going to have to play it by ear, but I'm sure everything will be just fine.

Here are some pictures of my Snap-On box when I was wrenching on skis. Basically everything I've ever really needed for servicing a 4-Tec SeaDoo to building a BOB ground up. Only thing else I've been meaning to get is a Cresent Wrench set and a Flywheel Puller kit. But other than that...

This is correct - RTR BOB skis built in house will be assigned a HIN plate and a SEO to be registered with your local DMV.

2 halves are bonded together, doing some final touch ups, then I'll post some more pictures after turf & graphics are done!

Top deck came out pretty good, made it too light though. Added some reinforcements today, and we'll be bonding the 2 halves together first thing tomorrow morning, and the first Vacuum Infusion BOB will be ready for turf & assembly.

Top deck is vacuumed and under the heater, we'll see how it looks tomorrow!

We've had a few test rides in the surf, still trying to get it to how we like before it's in production. Early spring 2013 is the current projected release date.

If you buy the light weight billet pole, it will come with both Yam & Kawi bushings. But if you need Kawi bushings, we carry them in stock $25usd.

We do appreciate all the feedback and suggestions - The Gen2/3 can be ridden in surf, but we want to offer something thats easier to ride in all conditions, something more recreational as opposed to freestyle. We know what needs to be done to it, just got to make it happen and drag it down south...

We've found that it simply works best with the overall design of this particular model.
