Use ADA guidance for torque specs and method , torque specs we used instead of 18 for head final 20-22, instead of 23 girdle for final we used 30-35 for girdle .... These specs had been given to us by chuck long time ago and never had any problems with it..... Again opinions as always will...

if u have a real ADA head not a fake ( same issue in past with fake ones ) , the ADA recommended torque specs are too low...

We had the chance to take a close look at this flying 550 monster, ( " the levitator" ) it seemed it wasn't touching the water anymore after squeezing that throttle , insane clean and custom built ...Dr . u have again outdone yourself !!! Great build with all attention and plus to detail...

why is this an electrical problem ? did u cut coils back, check boot and replace the plugs ? SS Switch good ? Aftermarket CDI ?

if the engine turns by hand with or without plugs then either your starter or your bendix is fried

residue and probably gas left over in water box , u might not be burning everything at time of ignition, or backfire , I had one blow in my blaster once that popped the hood up when it blew....

so its like an actual steering damper ? wow... next thing they will use a mono shock like motorcycle

what dome size ? what was target compression ? I would assume raised compression, due to additional components and ADA head ? from what i can see both pistons burnt on exhaust port .....too hot .....and looks like piston wash indicates >> jetting to lean ? or too low octane gas for the...

what lake is that ?? and 2 things i have to practice i learned from the video, getting gas jug teleport at time of refill and speed wet suit changing ....
