With JSS electrics in it I’d be looking at your charger - what is it, how old, can be serviced, etc? I’ve seen an older Battery Tender destroy a motorcycle battery a few years ago. Not frequent but chargers do go bad. Interesting though, keep us posted. LB

You can finagle your way around it but it’s really tough - if engine is crusty I’d be really concerned about getting old one & bolts out of there without breaking anything. I just had the snout break off a starter for the same reason in a Raider I bought for parts. Good luck with it LB

I would disconnect immediately & send pics to Odyssey to inquire about warranty coverage. Would suck to fry a newly rebuilt elec system for want of a new battery! LB

I used the existing thru Hull for the bilge, iirc there is a size difference to work thru but no big deal. LB

I'm certain not your issue but I would definitely get a vacuum cap or 1/4" plug for your unused 'on' fuel line - that "doubled over in a zip tie" system looks like a problem waiting to happen. JMO & I mean no offense, your clean & sano engine bay deserves much better! And post up what you find...

Possible simple electrical issue? Just helped a guy thru a faulty temp sensor with similar symptoms, was putting ski into limp mode intermittently. I'm sorry, no thoughts on jetting for you, I'm OE 38's. LB
