Are you having a problem with staying in them or with them mounting to the ski? I don't like the sharp edge that is easy to kick and cut your foot so I added a layer of turf and wrapped it around the edges, helped quite a bit

Did you hook up the wires backwards? Just had a customer do this, the wire that goes to the battery he hooked to the starter and the wire that goes to the starter he hooked to the battery, nothing would happen unless you opened the ebox and jumped the solenoid

Time serts. I know it's not what you wanna hear. I know it's an issue, but once you time sert it you will never have an issue again.
