Yeah I know they go one either the ring or the nozzle... Must be the nozzle I'm thinking... Anyhow I know I won't get a whole lot outta the trim for throw but I'm building my sj into everything I want then can just have the aftermarket hull left to buy and can swap everything over after knowing...

No until I get an aftermarket hull I wont even get full use out of the 30-35 degrees the trim can do and I cant bring myself to cut into my SJ cuz of the condition so for now ill have to be alright with the smaller amount of throw the SJ rail will allow...which probably wont be much haha I think...

ha damn thats all I got...Its just a plastic steering nozzle (didnt want the pro tec one)..should eat through it fairly easy I would think?

^x2...stick with the stock flame arrestors...I just changed to 44mm carbs and am going to use the stock F/A that came with them.. spend your money on good mods like a B pipe and hooker prop..

Not saying anything against your engine but "running ski" can mean a few different things...any chance you got a compression test on it before being pulled?

Any socket or wrench I have ever used on my ski I put into a seperate small toolbox to take to the lake, also have a compression tester, an adjustable wrench, a few screwdrivers, spark plugs, a few extra gaskets, a rubber mallet (you never know...) and of course the most important thing...zip...
