    impros on vacation?

If they are I would hope they notify their customers via voice mail recording, out of office email reply, etc... Wait. this is the jetski industry, that sort of practice isn't needed around here

If there was a oem hull 800 freestyle class who would compete

WHYAREYOUYELLINGATME? I'm in agreement of no AM hulls on this class.

If there was a oem hull 800 freestyle class who would compete

800cc glass AM hull class would be ultra boring IMO, You'd have a bunch of guys on budget builds trying to successfully complete their first flat water flip at a competition. Amplitude would be just high enough to only drag their head through the water, 1:45 seconds of the two minute run would...

    12 vein pumps

Keep in mind your Solas Concord is not a big hub impellor. If you decide to go to the Mag pump you will have to buy a new impellor as well to work with it.

    Pump seal issue

Schicks while I don't disagree with your idea of using a midshaft housing and PVC, you're assuming the OP has access to a press and the ability to use it to press the midshaft out and back in correctly. Not to mention the use of a lathe. The cold fusion tool is reasonably priced, is a...

    Pump seal issue

Make sure you're centered to the three mid shaft mount holes and not necessarily relying on the hole positioning in the bulk head. Once the driveshaft is centered between the three holes make sure it is square to the bulkhead, both vertically and horizontally. Once all of that is good check...

    Aftermarket hull advice

If you are starting from scratch on the Yamaha based stuff I'd almost just look for a complete ski, whether it just be a superjet or a mild built AM hull. I think you'll come out ahead by purchasing a complete ready to ride ski. Your skis are worth something. Figure out your total budget and...

Freestyle RRP pole set up with spring

Actually now that I think of it I drilled and additional whole in the bracket to run the spring into, instead of all the way to the edge which I believe is how your is now. Initially the spring had some much tension I couldn't even get the pole and bracket inline to run the bolt in... and like...

Freestyle RRP pole set up with spring

I used a heavy duty spring on my build with a BOB bracket and Titan billet pole. I had to heat and make several bends to make it work right. It's easy to do with a propane torch if you have the vise. Nothing is plug and play on these, assemble, remove, modify, reassemble. Don't get frustrated...

    Phantom specs

The lines on this hull are so clean and flowing I think it would be a shame to cover them with a full wrap style graphic. That being said, not one of the above is to my liking. IMO way too busy. I would think simple and clean for this hull.

Can you give us some information about yourself in regards to your background in composites, hull making etc? Have these been tested and proven layups? Will there be a carbon option available and if so is pricing established yet for those? Thanks

    Studding A Tire Tutorial

I had actually purchased a second set for my RM to set up specifically for the ice, but when it showed up is was KYB components and not Showa as advertised from an 06 RM so I sent the crap back. I also has "woods" type setup on my 250, although it is fairly aggressive for woods being an "A"...
